i was filled all the things but if i click the submit button...it wont show whether it was submitted r not...pl help me...

Even i did get a blank form again after submitting it. But a mail is being sent to our emailid through which we register.

me too get a blank form and i have received mail from ramank@cret.net.in with message that is "you registered successfully"
then there is no need to worry at all.... all guyz, check your mail whether u received the confirmation from them.
